The best and worst parts

Staff members inside the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful, helping us feel at home. Loved having a spacious bathtub for relaxation after a long day.

Traffic near the hotel was horrendous, impacting our outings. The in-house dining options were limited, leading us to a disappointing meal at KFC.

Extremely comfy bed, large bathroom and satellite television, climate control, and a personal safe in the room. Marvellous and amazing location, a few steps away from everywhere. 15 minutes walk to Cctv New Mansion.

Excellent service, the breakfast is extensive and delicious. The staff are well-trained, they keep the place immaculately clean. The location is perfect with a free parking on site.

The location was comfortable and ideal: shopping malls and a large shopping mall were within walking distance. Hujialou tube station can be reached within 10 minutes walk. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was extensive.

The Manor Club was a cozy spot to relax and catch up with family. We enjoyed a nice evening there, especially with our family dog by our side. The stylish decor.

My children wanted more kid-friendly dining options.

The gym had unique stretching machines and a spacious pool area. I particularly enjoyed the stylish decor of my room. After exploring, unwinding at the spa was a true highlight of my stay. One evening, I ventured to the club lounge and was delighted by the wonderful ambiance.

Rosewood is a gem! Especially jennifer at the manor reception. I loved the unique gym facilities and the spacious bathtub in our room. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near the new daixin airport, perfect if you're flying in and out.

Room 902 featured a spacious bathtub and thoughtful amenities like multi-device charging options. While the gym had unique stretching machines, it could benefit from more substantial free weights and better bike options. The local shopping was lackluster, and the in-house dining menu was limited, pushing us to a KFC that did not meet expectations.

The service at the hotel is next level! The club lounge was spacious and the staff treated us like royalty, every time we walked in, they greeted us with smiles and always made sure we had drinks topped up. The room decor was mind-blowing, I mean, every little detail screamed elegance.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but given everything else, it was within reason.

The club lounge experience is great with great drinks, and the spa offers an very nice oasis for relaxation. Expect modern decor and fine views from spacious rooms.

Rosewood totally was great with its fine decor and the spa treatments that rejuvenated me. The breakfast spread was a delight, with everything from freshly baked pastries to a variety of fresh juices.

Room 902 had a big bath and multiple air conditioning controls. The room was super well-decorated with unique art pieces. The gym offered cool stretching machines, but the free weights were a bit on the lighter side. The indoor swimming pool was nice for a quick dip after a long day. Jennifer at the reception was super helpful too.

Rooms are beautifully decorated with a fine mix of Chinese and Western elements. Breakfast buffet is fantastic (so many options, everything looked delicious!). Great attention to detail during daily cleaning.
